The Services are required to be paid for in-full prior to or by project start-date. In certain situations determined by the Owner, payment plans might be offered for the Services. The Goods are required to be paid in-full upon check-out before receiving such Goods. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the Goods and Services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access or request it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our Goods and Services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images of all Goods and Services we provide. You agree to purchase Goods and Services from our Site or by the Owner at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order or Service project whenever it becomes necessary. 7. Refund Policy

We provide refunds for Services sold on our Site or by the Owner but limited to:

Cancellations made before the project start date, a full refund will be initiated. In the event of a cancellation after work has commenced, a 50% refund might be reimbursed to the Client (equivalent to 50% of the amount paid up until that point). No refunds are offered for completed Service projects.

Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation.
