This Site is owned and operated by Hannah (the Site "Owner") and offers project-based digital marketing Services and the purchase of digital products.

 

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Grae Co Media and the Owner. This includes, but is not limited to images, videos, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, Goods, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

  • Any additional Services not listed but requested by Clients and agreed to by the Owner.

The Services are required to be paid for in-full prior to or by project start-date. In certain situations determined by the Owner, payment plans might be offered for the Services. The Goods are required to be paid in-full upon check-out before receiving such Goods. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the Goods and Services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access or request it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our Goods and Services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images of all Goods and Services we provide. You agree to purchase Goods and Services from our Site or by the Owner at your own risk.

 

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order or Service project whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order or project and have already processed your payment, you might be eligible for a refund (learn more). You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument. Additional sales tax or fees may apply to your total cost, depending on preferred payment method and Goods/Service.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

7. Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Goods:

All Digital Products sold on our Site or by the Owner are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Services:

We provide refunds for Services sold on our Site or by the Owner but limited to:

  • Cancellations made before the project start date, a full refund will be initiated. In the event of a cancellation after work has commenced, a 50% refund might be reimbursed to the Client (equivalent to 50% of the amount paid up until that point). No refunds are offered for completed Service projects.

Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation.
